Live entertainment will be headlined by The Amish Outlaws – one of the most requested bands at MountainFest over the years! They know how to throw a party!

DJ entertainment will also be provided throughout the evening to keep you on the dance floor all night long.
We will be giving away a ton (well, maybe not quite a ton, but A LOT!) of swag.
Games will be set up for your entertainment, including Wine Ring Toss, Cornhole, Coal Bucket 50/50 and more!

No, the NYE Coal Bucket Saloon is a separate entity from the hotel properties. Bookings for the stays are done directly through the hotel. You must also purchase a ticket into the NYE Coal Bucket Saloon as your stay will not grant you entry.

The Mason Jar Saloon is is working up an incredible New Years Eve menu for all attending, and they also will have their concessions open for any other food choices as well.
It’s highly recommended to enjoy a full dinner before arriving as there will be cocktails (full bar) and dancing (or whatever you call that move) happening at the party 🙂
For those of you that attended in the past, it will be a step back in time – we will be reconstructing the infamous Coal Bucket Saloon Bar as it was – all 200+ feet of it. Bartenders will be aplenty to make sure you get your beverage of choice. A full Beer, Wine & Liquor will be available

For safety, all bags will be subject to a search by security upon entry to the party. In order to bring a bag into the venue, the bag must be smaller than 14” by 14” by 6”, and must fit into the sizing boxes displayed at entry.

Courtesy Notice – Photography and video will take place during the party. The video and photos will be used for promotional purposes for future New Year’s Eve Morgantown events. If you enter the party area, you may or may not be included in footage taken for the video or photos.
